Labyrinth

The new Fife Pilgrim Way Labyrinth in Riverside Park has been completed!

It is now available for anyone to use - all day every day.

Four ways to reach the labyrinth:

1. Start beside the duck pond, cross the Hippo Bridge, turn left and go up the steps to the right.

2. Start beside the duck pond, cross the Hippo Bridge, continue on the path up the slope, then follow the path to the left (no steps on this route)

3. Park in the main car park next to the skate park, cross Leslie Road, then go up and slightly to the right

4. Follow down the grassy slope from Almond Path or Willow Crescent. However, please be considerate to the residents. It's best not to park in these roads.

When the Fife Pilgrim Way was planned, a grass labyrinth was laid in August 2017 and was available for several years for anyone who wanted to walk the labyrinth.

Labyrinths have a long association with pilgrimage. This design is from the 12th century labyrinth in Chartres Cathedral.

he grass labyrinth ihas now been replaced by a new paved labyrinth.
